Joseph Costa earned an Economics degree from the University of San Francisco. He worked as an accountant for the Chempak corporation where he was responsible for project cost management. He left for an opportunity to manage Digital Optics. There he was responsible for production. Currently he is VP Operations for Northern Precision where his responsibilities include all the activities that affect the manufacturing and delivery of our customers products.

William Costa graduated from Portland State University with an Economics degree and Santa Clara University with a MBA. He is a retired Naval Aviator and the President of Northern Precision. He has started and ran multiple manufacturing companies.
